Register Pay-In & Pay-Outs

 How to account for Pay-in and Pay-outs

  1. Open the control panel by tapping the 3 vertically stacked dots at the top left of the screen

  2. Tap ‘User Drawer’ from the blue/grey menu on the left side of the screen

  3. Tap the blue, round icon at the bottom right of the screen

  4. Enter the amount in the top box of the pop up window

  5. Tap pay type and choose pay in or pay out from the drop down menu

  6. Enter notes regarding the pay in/out

  7. Tap the green ‘pay’ text at the top right of the pop up window

  8. Collect the printed slip for reconciliation
